I think Jesus is the creator of childhood. And parenthood. And family. What's learned and understood and reimagined within a home tells so much of a creator that delights in the process of things. In the journeys. In the waiting. Otherwise, we'd give birth to adults. And be our very best selves on our wedding days. How good God must be to grace us with little images of ourselves to stretch and grow and challenge our delight in the journey.
